The Opportunity
As a Manager, Digital Product Management, you will support strategic initiatives within Astellas. One such space is GenAI solutions. This role involves leading or being a core member of a Value Team(s) as a Digital Product Manager, understanding business needs and opportunities, translating these into product strategies and roadmaps, and leading development of digital solutions from early prototype to launch and post launch evolution.

Key Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into digital product initiatives. Specifically, identifying high impact GenAI opportunities aligned to enterprise priorities and unmet user needs.
- Lead and own product strategy and road mapping activities for GenAI product initiatives, aligning with business goals and market needs.
- Act as the voice of the customer, identifying user pain points and opportunities through research and feedback, and advocating for usability, value creation, and adoption of GenAI products.
- Lead a cross-functional value team(s) through the full digital product lifecycle - from ideation, prototyping, development, testing, to launch and continuous improvement based on user feedback and performance metrics.
- Proven experience in digital product management.
- Experience managing digital products end-to-end - from strategy and roadmap creation to development, launch, and optimization.
- Specific product management experience in digital solutions, ideally with experience of working with and assessing the potential impact and value of AI-driven technologies and solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience in using project management tools.
- A genuine passion for providing value to users through digital product innovations, driven to make a positive impact in the healthcare domain.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
- Experience of working in a global organization.
- Strong understanding and experience of Agile working principles and practices.
- Knowledge of AI-driven technologies and solutions across computing, integration, storage, and visualization domains, and their potential to enhance value and functionality specifically within the context of GenAI.
- Type of role: This is a permanent role
- Location: UK, Canada or Poland
- This role follows a hybrid working model, blending home-based work with a minimum of 1 day per quarter in the office (to be confirmed based on primary location and business need). Flexibility may be required in line with business needs.
- This position may require travel domestically and/or internationally.
