We’re hiring: Digital Product Owner | £70,000 + bonus | London (Hybrid)

We’re partnering with a long‑established financial institution seeking a Digital Product Owner to drive the evolution of its online banking experiences across web and mobile.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of digital journeys end‑to‑end—working closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders to enhance how customers interact with a broad suite of banking products. You’ll help shape a modern, insight‑driven digital function, making decisions rooted in customer research, data, and industry best practice.

You’ll work across a growing digital team, reporting into a senior product leader, and collaborating alongside two other Product Owners. This role focuses specifically on the online banking platform, partnering day‑to‑day with a small engineering pod. Expect meaningful responsibility, autonomy, and the chance to influence the long‑term direction of a high‑impact platform.

What you’ll bring:

Strong experience delivering and refining digital products or platforms
Ability to drive complex user journeys from idea → delivery → measurable improvement

Hands‑on experience working with designers and developers in an agile setting

A data‑minded approach; comfortable using insights, analytics, and customer feedback to prioritise

Appreciation for personalisation, user research, and customer‑led decision‑making

Broad understanding of digital banking or regulated environments

Comfortable working across multiple product lines (e.g., payments, accounts) in a small, collaborative team

Self‑starter attitude - proactive, curious, and confident operating in a non‑corporate, lean environment
