Are you a strategic and detail-driven Digital Project Manager with experience in digital contract transitions and ATS platforms? A key client of mine is looking for an organised, proactive professional to lead a high-impact project transitioning between two Applicant Tracking System (ATS) contracts for a global workforce.
This is a unique opportunity to drive digital transformation, ensuring a smooth transition that delivers continuity, value, and enhanced functionality from a new supplier. You’ll play a key role in stakeholder coordination, project governance, and change management - making a real difference in how recruitment is managed across multiple international hubs.
Key Responsibilities:
- ATS Transition Management: Oversee the end-to-end transition from an existing ATS supplier to a new one, managing deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the central liaison between internal teams and the external ATS provider, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
- Project Planning & Delivery: Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan with clearly defined milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Functionality & Service Assurance: Work with operational and technical teams to define, test, and validate the required functionality of the new system.
- Training & Change Management: Embed training into the project plan, ensuring HR teams around the world are fully prepared for go-live and system adoption.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate as needed.
- Reporting & Governance: Provide regular updates to senior leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and deviations from plan.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience managing digital projects, particularly in contract-driven or public sector environments.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), including implementation or supplier oversight.
- Strong grasp of project management methodologies such as Agile or PRINCE2.
- Experience delivering platform transitions or digital system migrations.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Skilled in project planning and risk management.
- Familiarity with digital service delivery and functionality testing.
- Experience designing and delivering training programmes for system rollouts.
- Experience working with global teams or government organisations.
- Knowledge of procurement and contract management processes.
