Part Time, 1 day/week

£25.00 per hour

The purpose of this role is to showcase these great stories across appropriate digital platforms specifically with recruitment in mind to show what a varied and rewarding career you can have within the care industry.

This role requires an understanding of brand, tone of voice and recruitment. Reporting to the Head of Marketing & PR and working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and Recruitment team, take ownership of the career and recruitment digital platforms ensuring highest standard of presentation, visibility and engagement.

In addition to crafting and pushing out the content, the candidate must be able to identify and maximise reach to the right audiences to drive recruitment applications and evaluate to illustrate impact.

Key platforms include Facebook / Instagram & LinkedIn. However, having an appetite to present reasons to try new platforms (such as TikTok) to promote to the younger audience would be favourable.

Projects and therefore skills required include, but not limited to:

  • Leveraging campaigns and content on digital platforms to drive applications (lead generation)
  • Proven success with Facebook/Instagram advertising campaigns including evaluation
  • Ability to produce creative suitable for online use, plan and execute split testing, along with a posting calendar and publish social media content on accounts Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn
  • Ownership of online recruitment ‘content’ such as team stories, including copywriting
  • Monitor social media accounts and respond to comments, messages and reviews in a professional manner
  • Provide monthly social media metric reports and adjust the social media strategy, provide recommendations for social media advertisement campaigns and implement agreed on campaigns as needed to optimise results
  • Collaborate with the wider team to align social media efforts with overall objectives
  • Manage and optimise the social media advertisement spend keeping within the provided budget
  • Stay up to date with latest social media trends and best practices to ensure the social media presence is competitive.
