About you:

As a vital member of our Digital Sales team, you will excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where your primary responsibility will be to sell our innovative software solutions specifically designed for the care sector. By equipping care services with the technology they need, we give carers the freedom to focus on what they genuinely love, delivering high quality care. Your contributions will play a pivotal role in empowering these organisations to fulfil their missions effectively, ensuring service users receive the quality care they deserve.


Day-to-day, you will:

  • Achieve sales targets for Software as a Service (SaaS) license, while also meeting annual consultancy targets. This includes generating a robust pipeline of new business opportunities and cross selling our diverse product portfolio.
  • Use prospect databases to generate new business opportunities, leveraging evolving product campaigns and GTM strategies.
  • Love every marketing lead; respond quickly to enquiries and provide constructive feedback to enhance team performance.
  • Work closely with other sales team members, supporting their efforts in securing new business. Attend exhibitions, host seminars, and present innovative sales ideas to customers.
  • Software demonstrations are arranged and delivered with a confident and positive approach. Value and Insight are accurately referenced throughout.



Your skills and experiences might also include:

  • Strong working knowledge of the care sector, and challenges faced by providers
  • You have a background in New Business or B2B sales, showcasing your ability to achieve results in competitive environment
  • Experience in selling and demonstrating software through digital platforms is preferable
  • Proven track record of pro-actively making high volumes or telephone calls and campaigns to prospects
  • You are highly self-motivated, with a strong drive to meet and exceed personal and professional goals.
