Location: Home Based with travel to Siemens offices and customer sites.

The Digital Sales Specialist is responsible for selling the company's products, systems, and services through virtual channels while managing a large customer base. This role focuses on both acquiring new customers and growing existing accounts through data-driven insights and digital engagement strategies.

You’ll make a difference by:

• Sales Execution: Leverage digital platforms to sell products, systems, and services to a broad customer base. Close sales deals through persuasive communication and strategic negotiation skills.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyse customer data and sales metrics to identify trends and opportunities for growth and upselling within your portfolio.
• Customer Portfolio Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with a large customer base using a scalable, one-to-many approach while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Market and Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth technical knowledge of the company's offerings to optimally communicate value propositions across digital channels.
• Collaboration with wider teams: Work closely with field sales, marketing, and customer success managers to develop coordinated digital sales strategies.
• Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Document sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system and provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates to management.
• Process & Continuous Improvement: Use data insights to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhance sales efficiency.
