Job location: Belfast

Workplace: Home working with frequent travel within Belfast and the surrounding area

Salary: £24,000 per annum, working 4 days per week (full-time equivalent is £30,000)

Working pattern: 4 days / 28 hours per week

Contract type: 14 months, fixed term contract

What we're looking for

Ideal candidates will have and be able to demonstrate the following: 

• Training and facilitation experience: Proven experience in delivering group and one-to-one training or presenting to diverse audiences.
• Outreach experience: Confidence in representing the organisation externally and adapting outreach strategies to suit different contexts.
• Technology proficiency: Strong digital literacy and information technology (IT) skills, with confidence in using a wide range of technologies including Microsoft Office 365, Apple and Android devices, and associated technologies. Excellent knowledge of assistive technology – hardware and software.
• Communication skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
• Organisation skills: Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• Experience of target audience: Experience of working with charities, older people and/or disabled people.
• Tavel flexibility: Willingness and ability to travel regularly across the specified region, with occasional travel outside the area as required.
