We're looking for a commercially curious and socially savvy Digital Partnerships & Strategy Manager to support the development of Sky Media's digital advertising strategy-particularly across the fast-evolving social and audio media landscape."
This role is ideal for someone who combines a strong understanding of social platforms with a creative and analytical mindset. You'll play a key role in researching market trends, analysing competitors, supporting business modelling, and helping Sky Media stay ahead of the curve through strong platform relationships, publisher collaboration, and editorial alignment. "
What You'll Do
- Market & Platform Intelligence : Monitor trends across major social , digital and audio platforms, conduct competitor benchmarking, and track changes in platform policies, monetisation tools, and content formats to inform internal stakeholders.
- Distribution Partnerships : Manage day-to-day relationships with key social and digital platform partners, build revenue models based on platform offerings, and act as a conduit between partners and internal teams to inform commercial and content strategies.
- Platform Expertise : Provide internal expertise on platform functionality from technical and data perspectives to support strategic decision-making.
- Commercial & Business Modelling : Support development of business cases for social or digital -led initiatives, maintain financial models and forecasts, and collaborate with finance, strategy, creative, and content teams to shape commercially viable advertiser products.
- Data Translation & Insight : Convert complex data into clear, actionable insights for internal presentations and partner discussions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Align commercial strategy with editorial output, guide content optimisation for monetisation, prepare materials for strategic engagements, and foster a culture of innovation within the digital team.
What You'll Bring
- Solid experience in digital media, advertising, or strategy-with working knowledge of products and formats on third party distribution platforms including YouTube, TikTok, Snap, X, and Meta "
- Experience of the dynamics of the social media landscape, including platform mechanics, monetisation models, and content trends. "
- Established or growing relationships with key social and audio platforms, and a keen understanding of how to leverage those connections to inform commercial strategy "
- A genuine passion for digital media and a curiosity for how audiences, platforms, and advertisers interact in a constantly evolving ecosystem "
- Analytical skills with experience using Excel, PowerPoint, and data tools to support decision-making and business modelling "
- A creative, can-do attitude with a natural ability to solve problems, think laterally, and spot new opportunities "
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the confidence to work across teams and functions "
- A proactive, adaptable mindset and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. "

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There are also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
