The Digital Systems Lead will be integral to the strategic planning, development, integration, and management of all ODGroup's digital systems. This includes oversight of core operational platforms, project management tools, and digital compliance solutions such as Procore, Evision, and 1Breadcrumb. The role will play a pivotal part in improving digital workflows, ensuring data integrity, streamlining operations, and delivering digital solutions that enhance overall business performance across project delivery and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain ODGroup's core digital systems including Procore, Power Bi, 1Breadcrumb, and Evision.
- Lead implementation, and integration of new software solutions across the business.
- Collaborate with project, commercial, and site teams to improve workflows through system automation and customisation.
- Ensure all systems meet cybersecurity standards and data protection policies.
- Provide system support and training to internal teams to ensure high levels of system adoption.
- Analyse system performance and user feedback to optimise use and identify enhancements.
- Maintain and manage user permissions, access controls, and ensure consistency in data input and reporting.
- Liaise with external vendors and software providers to manage licenses, updates, and resolve system-related issues.
- Monitor system budgets and oversee licensing compliance and renewals.
- Produce regular analytics, reports, and dashboards to support decision-making and improve project performance with use of Power Bi
Person Specification:
Qualifications:
- Degree or equivalent experience in IT, Information Systems, or related field.
- Relevant systems or IT certifications advantageous (e.g., Procore Admin, Microsoft Certified, etc.).
Experience:
- Proven experience managing core operational and digital platforms, preferably in construction, fit-out, or related industries.
- Experience using or administering multi platforms Procore, Power Bi, 1Breadcrumb, or Evision is highly desirable.
- Strong background in systems integration, automation, and digital transformation.
- Track record of supporting users at all levels and delivering impactful training.
