Role Overview
The Change Enablement Lead within Finacne, Compliance, and Risk Engineering will play a pivotal role in driving transformative change across key business functions, including Finance, Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Legal. This individual will champion the adoption of product management principles while leading all aspects of the management of Project and PMO outcomes. Acting as the "engine room" for delivery, this role ensures that change initiatives are performed efficiently, effectively, and in alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Change Enablement
- Develop and implement strategies to drive the adoption of product management practices within engineering teams supporting corporate functions (e.g., Finance, Risk, Compliance, Audit, Legal).
- Champion a culture of agility, accountability, and collaboration to accelerate the adoption of new tools, processes, and approaches.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing mentorship and support to partners navigating change initiatives.
Project and PMO Management
- Lead all aspects of the governance and delivery of project and program outcomes across engineering teams.
- Ensure alignment of project objectives with organizational goals and strategic priorities of Finance, Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Legal.
- Monitor project performance and risk, implementing corrective actions as needed to ensure outcomes are delivered on time and within budget.
- Establish and maintain robust PMO processes, templates, and reporting frameworks to drive consistency and clarity.
Delivery Excellence
- Ensure that engineering teams meet delivery outcomes and quality standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to effectively handle dependencies and resolve delivery challenges.
- Implement metrics and KPIs to measure outcomes, performance, and value delivered to partners.
Partner Engagement
- Partner with senior leaders and partners to understand their needs and translate them into actionable initiatives.
- Ensure clear communication of priorities, progress, and outcomes to all relevant partners.
- Build positive relationships to foster trust and alignment across business and technical teams.
Key Qualifications
- Proven experience in organisational change, product management, and project management within sophisticated organizational environments.
- Solid understanding of engineering principles and a deep understanding.
- Outstanding program management skills, with a track record of delivering large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience establishing and running PMO frameworks and processes.
- Proficient in using project management tools and methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
