The
Director, Continuing Education sits within the Membership function and is an enterprise-level role responsible for extending the value of membership beyond credentialing into continuous, skills-based professional development. Reporting to the Head, Global Membership, the role works in close partnership with Education, Product, AI, Research, and Technology teams to deliver a modern, credible continuing education experience for members worldwide, while protecting the rigour and market credibility of the CFA Charter.

Expected salary range: UK £90,000 - £100,000 per year. All salary ranges are subject to adjustment based on experience, education, location and other factors relevant to the position. Additional benefits include eligibility for an annual incentive bonus, a 12% employer contribution to a pension/401(k) plan, and a comprehensive medical benefits package.
