Director, European Business Systems

About the Role

The Director, European Business Systems will lead a multi-disciplinary team in managing, optimizing, and advancing the technology platform supporting Greystar's European Property Management business.

Key Responsibilities

• Evolving and optimizing Greystar Europe's property management technology strategy and execution,
• Manages the operations, support & evolution of European property management business systems
• Collaborates with technology & business leaders to define and implement business system strategies tailored to the European business
• Integrates emerging technologies to enhance processes, optimise costs and improve business outcomes
• Partners with digital technology teams & 3rd party providers to operationalise & support new products
• Manages relationships with external providers balancing cost efficiency, functionality, user enablement, and technological longevity.
• Manages & galvanises the technology team across multiple projects & deliverables simultaneously to achieve agreed business objectives
• Builds a high-performance team through fostering a culture and attitude of innovation, continuous improvement, forward thinking and development of talent (currently x 9 FTE)
• Matrix responsibility for Greystar India L2 / L3 technology team delivering operational support, asset onboarding / offboarding and projects.
• Demonstrates strong leadership in managing and developing the team, with the ability to oversee and deliver multiple projects and priorities concurrently, ensuring clear direction, alignment, and successful outcomes.

About You

You’re a strategic, results driven leader with proven experience delivering large-scale systems in BTR, PBSA, hospitality or within fast-paced commercial businesses of similar scope. You know how to harness digital and tech solutions to drive excellence and you’re confident shaping strategy, leading teams, and managing budgets to deliver measurable impact.

A strong communicator and influencer, you present with confidence, win stakeholder buy in and bring people together to achieve shared goals. Commercially sharp and highly organised, you combine fresh, innovative thinking with sound judgement and proactive problem solving. Always focused on driving performance and long-term success.
