- Cultivate and empower regional crisis teams with expert training and support to deliver seamless, coordinated action at all times.

Corporate Health & Safety Excellence
- Be the trusted ‘Competent Person’ for global occupational health and safety, instilling a culture where wellbeing and safety underpin everything we do.
- Navigate the complex web of international safety regulations with expertise and agility, ensuring Wood Mackenzie exceeds all compliance standards.
- Lead transformative initiatives, including ergonomic programs that foster healthier, safer workplaces across our offices worldwide.
Event & Facilities Security Stewardship
- Collaborate closely with marketing, facilities, and operational teams to embed a robust, risk-informed safety mindset into every event and facility management decision.
- Proactively identify and resolve security vulnerabilities across our global estate, creating spaces that are safe, secure, and welcoming.
- Ensure flawless adherence to local compliance frameworks, from India’s PoSH Act to other region-specific standards.
- Provide expert guidance on site selection and office security strategy to enable sustainable, risk-conscious growth.
Strategic Travel Risk Management
- Spearhead the development of a cutting-edge travel risk management program aligned with ISO 31030, delivering practical policies that protect and empower our travelers.
- Act as a visible and influential champion of travel safety, fostering a culture of vigilance and responsibility across the organization.
- Maintain end-to-end oversight of employee travel, dynamically assessing risks and activating measures to mitigate threats at every stage.
- Deliver personalized travel risk briefings, training programs, and insightful reporting, ensuring leadership stays ahead of evolving threats.

- A robust foundation in health & safety, with recognized qualifications and a track record of leadership at a global corporate level.
- Deep expertise in orchestrating comprehensive Business Continuity programs that ensure operational resilience under all circumstances.
- Proven mastery of travel risk and crisis management, with a global mindset and the ability to operate seamlessly across diverse cultures and time zones.
- Advanced knowledge of key ISO standards (45001, 9001, 14001) and adeptness in translating complex risk data into compelling, actionable insights.
