Description

You will be responsible for architecting and delivering an orchestration system for AI workloads across devices, laptops, and cloud environments. You will also play a founding leadership role in establishing Lenovo’s new site at Imperial College London.

).Define evaluation pipelines and performance metrics to ensure scalability, reproducibility, and stabilit

s.Track emerging trends in distributed AI, multi-agent orchestration, and edge-to-cloud integratio

Key Qualificati

ons
8+ years in AI/ML engineering, distributed systems, or orchestration platform developm
ent.Minimum 3 years of experience working with AI/ML worklo
ads.Strong expertise in model routing strategies, orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Ray, Airflow, Prefect), and scaling multi-model infere
nce.Proven ability to optimize for latency, cost, and throughput at sc
ale.Experience with experimentation platforms (A/B testing, reinforcement learning, policy evaluati
on).Proficiency in observability and monitoring systems for correctness, drift detection, and performa
nce.Demonstrated leadership in R&D settings, with a track record of translating research into deployed syst
