About DeepFlow: DeepFlow is pioneering human-agentic management, forging the fundamental operational, agentic, legal, and financial layers upon which the future of society will run. DeepFlow is not just building a product; we are building the core infrastructure for a truly AI-operated global economy.
The Opportunity:
DeepFlow is seeking a highly strategic and commercially-driven Director of Consultancy to lead our consulting practice and accelerate our market penetration, particularly within legally-regulated teams: Tier 1 & 2 banks, regulated bodies, courts etc. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, developing compelling value propositions, and overseeing the successful delivery of DeepFlow's semi-agentic solutions. You will be instrumental in helping clients transform their operations, moving from manual, repetitive processes to efficient, governed, AI-assisted workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Growth & Business Development:
- Identify new, specific, real-world workflows that align with DeepFlow's criteria: back-office process, reasonable governance, and human-in-the-loop requirements.
- Develop and execute a 6-month revenue generation plan to meet set targets.
- Articulate clear problem statements, DeepFlow's unique value proposition, and ideal target client profiles (industry, size, department) for identified workflows.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the consultancy arm, identifying market opportunities and translating them into actionable plans.
- Consulting Leadership & Delivery:
- Lead and grow DeepFlow's consulting arm, focusing on delivering transformative AI-driven solutions to clients.
- Oversee the successful implementation of DeepFlow's solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and identifying opportunities for expansion.
- Collaborate closely with internal DeepFlow teams (product, engineering, machine learning) to ensure client needs are met and solutions are effectively integrated.
- Market Insight & Thought Leadership:
- Maintain a deep understanding of current business and trends in AI, automation, and regulated industries.
- Provide thought leadership on the application of AI and agentic systems in complex, governed environments.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven Consultancy Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading and growing a consulting practice, ideally with a focus on technology or business transformation.
- Business Acumen & Revenue Generation: A strong track record of identifying business opportunities and generating significant revenue.
- Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose complex issues and develop practical, innovative solutions.
- Client Relationship Management: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders in client organisations.
- Communication & Presentation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical and business concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans, anticipate future challenges, and adapt to changing market dynamics.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with legally-regulated industries (e.g., finance, legal) and/or experience working with SMEs is highly advantageous.
- Understanding of AI/Machine Learning: While not a hands-on technical role, a conceptual understanding of AI, agentic systems, and their application in business is essential.
- Workflow Optimisation & Automation Expertise: Experience with back-office processes, governance, and the integration of human and automated workflows is a bonus.
Desired Attributes:
- Hunger & Drive: A proactive, self-starter mentality with a desire to contribute to a rapidly growing company.
- Resilience & Tenacity: Ability to navigate challenges and drive projects to successful completion.
- Collaborative: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
