Business Development Director – Creative
Salary: £110,000 - £130,000 per annum dependant on experience, plus bonus and company benefits
Location: Remote United Kingdom with client visits in London and Leeds
Contract: Full Time
Shifts: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 9am until 5:30pm with 1 hours unpaid lunch break

Williams Lea seeks a Business Development Director to expand our Creative Production growth strategy.
Williams Lea by RRD is the leading global provider of skilled, technology-enabled, business-critical support services, with long-term trusted relationships with blue-chip clients across investment banks, law firms and professional services firms. Williams Lea employees, nearly 7000 people worldwide, who provide efficient business services at client sites in often complex and highly regulated environments, from centralised Williams Lea onshore facilities, and through best cost company offshore locations.
Purpose of role
The Creative Business Development Director is a dynamic and experienced, hands-on new business leader who will play a leading role in developing and executing Williams Lea’s Creative Production growth strategy as it launches its global capability in the UK and EMEA market. The goal is to drive new business partnership opportunities across brands and creative agencies and close new creative production deals. A strong commercial awareness of the benefits of a production offering is key. Your role will involve building strong relationships with prospective clients and matching Williams Lea’s production products and services to their needs. You will establish/build/maintain a pipeline of new clients and opportunities with the primary emphasis being on new logos
