Key Responsibilities

Candidate Requirements
- Quantity Surveyor (QS) background
- Proven track record in delivering and managing cost management projects
- Strong knowledge of the London market, including client networks
- Commercially minded with a proactive approach to business development
- Experience in commercial office is preferred; other sectors such as data centres, residential, and higher education also considered
- Excellent leadership and relationship-building skills
