As we respond to a complex and fast-changing financial environment, we are seeking a Director of Finance to help us deliver exceptional stewardship and strategic
leadership across the council’s finances.

This is a high-impact role with significant scope. You will help shape our approach to long-term sustainability, lead on the corporate finance strategy, manage our
financial systems, and ensure excellent financial advice and delivery across all directorates and procurements.

The job is primarily based in Laurence House, Catford Road, SE6 4QU, but we operate a hybrid approach where you will be required to work both in the office and from home on a regular basis.

Salary
£122,619 to £128,331 per annum (DIR2)
N.B: All appointments will be offered at the minimum spinal column point (SCP) for the grade of the role. The only exception to this will be when matching current salary (up to the maximum of the scale), which is subject to evidential proof.
