The University is seeking to appoint its Director of Financial Control, a critical leadership role in ensuring financial integrity, regulatory compliance and operational efficiency of its financial function across the University and its subsidiaries.
Reporting directly into the Chief Financial Officer, you will form a key part of the senior finance leadership team and will provide accurate, timely and strategic oversight and will be instrumental in ensuring sustainable financial health, responsible for:
The successful candidate will be a finance professional who is values-led; blends authentic, emotionally intelligent leadership with technical expertise, and has proven ability gained within a large and complex organisational context. An accomplished leader who works collaboratively across all stakeholder groups and can engage, inspire, and influence at all levels.
Qualifications
Candidates will be a Qualified Accountant, with a relevant degree/postgraduate qualification or equivalent. They will have significant leadership experience in the broad finance function and specialist FC areas.
