Job Title: Director of Governance, Improvement & Development

As our Director of Governance Improvement and Development, you will be accountable for the strategic management, development, service transformation and continuous improvement of the Directorate and the services we provide to our residents.Are you the outstanding leader that we need? If you have substantial senior management experience of successfully delivering social and health care services and working with health partners in a comparable organisation, we look forward to hearing from you. The Role:
To be shortlisted for this role, candidates must be educated to degree level or possess equivalent experience. Additionally, they must hold a recognised Programme or Project Management qualification (e.g., MSP, Agile, Lean) as a minimum requirement.
