Description
We are looking for an experienced Director of Marketing in London to work closely with the wider Marketing team in partnership with Sales and Product Management teams on executing marketing activities to drive awareness of TT’s product offering and generate sales leads through all marketing channels.
Reporting to the EVP and Chief Marketing and Communications Officer in Chicago, you will work across the full marketing mix on both global and regional campaigns that cover the entire TT product portfolio, with particular focus on futures and options and trade surveillance. You will also collaborate with the London-based Head of Buy-Side Marketing on marketing initiatives targeting the buy side, and with our U.S and India teams on design and production of materials.
During the 12-month period, TT is also planning to expand its offering in the FX and fixed income trading spaces. This role may have responsibility for go-to-market campaigns and product marketing specific to these asset classes.
What will you be involved with?
- Product marketing including go-to-market campaign strategies and customer communications to drive upsells and cross-sells – including but not limited to providing overall marketing coverage for TT’s futures and options and trade surveillance business lines
- Curation, creation and management of social media content with a primary focus on LinkedIn, and reporting of associated performance metrics
- Designing and executing targeted email marketing campaigns to drive new demand, nurture existing leads and cross-sell to existing customers, including regular monthly customer newsletter creation
- Managing development and segmentation of marketing lists for targeted campaigns
- Tracking and reporting on key marketing metrics, including ROI and customer engagement
- Planning and coordination of in-person and virtual events, trade shows and conferences to promote the brand and engage with key audiences, with responsibility for managing logistics and budget
- Delivery of content, including blog posts, brochures, sell decks and customer use cases
What you bring to the table
- 10+ years experience in marketing for a SaaS technology vendor and/or financial services firm in listed derivatives, fixed income or FX
- Strong knowledge of capital markets and financial instruments is required
- Experience of marketing automation and content management platforms, including Pardot, Salesforce and WordPress
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- London-based candidates are preferred, but will consider highly qualified candidates in Chicago
- Ability to primarily work in the office–with a minimum requirement for three days in office
- Limited travel may be required
