We’re looking for a new business sales leader to re-energise and re-strategise the go-to-market motion at a private equity–backed data and analytics business (> $100m ARR).
This is a critical leadership hire at a pivotal stage of growth. The role is about bringing clarity and focus: separating transactional vs. strategic sales, ensuring experienced reps focus on high-value opportunities, while the SDR team is fully leveraged to build a stronger outbound engine. The priority over the next three years is to improve LTV & reduce CPA in core markets. Winning quality new business that sticks, not just chasing hyper-growth at all costs.
