About The Role

At Royal Mail we’ve served our communities for over 500 years, helping to lead and transform the postal delivery market on a global scale. We’re currently busy innovating and transforming our business for the future, and to get there, we need exceptionally talented, resilient, and driven people.

Working in extremely close partnership with both senior Operations transformation and Operations execution teams, they will actively challenge the status quo and established thinking to ensure we don’t delay in turning our ideas and theories into our reality and what is ultimately delivered is excellent by design.

Leading a number of operational programmes at any one time, they and their teams will engage heavily with end users and senior functional stakeholders including business executives, to test and enhance the design thinking, create the business cases, and produce all of the technical and change materials required to support successful deployment.
