We are seeking a Director of Product Line Management to join Dukosi’s Strategic Marketing team. Reporting directly to the VP of Strategic Marketing, this senior role assumes full ownership of Dukosi’s Cell Monitoring System (DKCMS ™) product family, guiding product definition, roadmap development, value proposition and go-to-market strategy.
The ideal candidate will be a technically credible, commercially astute leader who can align cross-functional teams and work closely with Strategic Marketing and Business Development to ensure market needs are well understood and reflected in product direction. This position is central to shaping strategy and driving the competitive evolution of DKCMS products in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
KEY DUTIES
- Lead the strategic direction and lifecycle management of the DKCMS product line, from concept and go-to-market strategy to end-of-life.
- Develop and maintain a competitive, market and customer driven roadmap in collaboration with product marketing, business development and engineering teams.
- Define and communicate product positioning, value propositions, and competitive differentiation.
- Engage with customers under the direction of Business Development and in close collaboration with Field Application Engineering to communicate the product strategy and roadmap, and to capture valuable customer insights and validate product requirements.
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships to incorporate complementary IP and enhance the overall DKCMS value proposition.
- Own product definition and planning, supported by clear business cases and strategic alignment to company goals.
- Champion the voice of the customer, ensuring it drives feature prioritisation and informs performance requirements.
- Track and analyse market and competitor landscape to ensure Dukosi stays ahead with leading product strategies.
- Maintain a forward-looking view of application system architectures, technology and battery chemistry trends, across Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV), industrial transport, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
- Support the creation of high-quality product collateral, training materials, and product launch plans that clearly articulate product value internally and externally.
Experience
- Undergraduate university degree (or higher) in Electronics Engineering, Physics, or a related technical discipline. An MBA would be a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with a strong track record in product line management and/or product marketing of System-on-Chip products.
- Direct experience with the automotive industry is highly desirable and some experience with electric grid infrastructure / BESS would be a plus.
- Deep technical understanding of mixed-signal ICs, battery systems, or power electronics.
- Familiarity with BEV pack architectures, including trends in Battery Management Systems (BMS) and Software-Defined Vehicles (SDV).
- Strategic thinker with the ability to operate at both tactical and executive levels.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
