Director of Treasury and FP&A

We’re looking for an exceptional finance leader to join our Group Finance team as Director – FP&A and Treasury. This pivotal role combines strategic financial planning & analysis with oversight of our global treasury operations.

As a trusted partner to the CFO, executive team, and shareholders, you’ll:

• Lead FP&A and Treasury teams, driving excellence and innovation
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
• Optimise liquidity, debt, and risk management across multiple jurisdictions
• Build strong relationships with global banks and financial stakeholders
• Support M&A, funding strategies, and capital market activities

What we’re looking for:

• A qualified finance or treasury professional with deep expertise in FP&A, treasury, and cash management. Ideally ACA from Big 4
• Proven leadership in complex, international environments
• Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
