Your New Role...
As Director of Global Organic Growth, you will lead Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) and SEO strategy for Max.com, with a strong focus on scaling experimentation and performance across all Max markets. Sitting at the intersection of marketing, product, analytics, and regional teams, you’ll drive data-led improvements to the user journey, with CRO as the primary lever to increase acquisition and retention.
You’ll shape the performance roadmap, enable regional teams with frameworks and best practices, and partner closely with product and experimentation teams to execute high-impact tests. This role demands strong leadership, a test-and-learn mindset, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
