The Opportunity
The Director, Professional Services Market Readiness, plays a critical role in driving the success of OpenText’s global Professional Services organization. This leader owns the strategy, planning, and execution of all market readiness efforts including offer launches, sales enablement, partner activation, and asset development – ensuring OpenText Services are understood, positioned, and adopted by customers, partners, and sellers around the world. You will lead a high-impact team responsible for global readiness governance, regional program execution, and asset creation, working in tight alignment with Offer Management, GTM Strategy, Sales Leadership, Services Delivery, and the Partner ecosystem. This is a high-visibility role that combines strategic vision with operational rigor and storytelling excellence.
You Are Great At
Strategic Leadership & Execution
- Defining and evolving the global Market Readiness strategy, priorities, and performance metrics aligned to Services growth goals.
- Establishing standardized go-to-market frameworks, launch governance, and field readiness playbooks.
- Driving alignment with cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Product, GTM, and Alliances teams to ensure consistent message and execution.
Sales & Partner Enablement
- Equipping field and partner teams with compelling, clear, and outcome-driven messaging, collateral, and onboarding.
- Delivering global and regional enablement programs—including virtual clinics, workshops, and scalable training assets.
- Capturing and synthesizing feedback from sales and partners to refine value proposition and GTM tactics.
Content & Campaign Strategy
- Overseeing asset development, version control, and campaign alignment for global use.
- Ensuring timely delivery of sales tools, customer-facing collateral, and partner kits that simplify the complex.
- Leveraging performance analytics to refine storylines, visuals, and content engagement strategies.
Partner GTM Activation
- Building scalable co-marketing and enablement strategies to support SAP and other strategic partner ecosystems.
- Supporting joint GTM planning and SAP commercial administration in partnership with the Alliances and Partner Program teams.
- Driving partner-led Professional Services growth through training, campaign alignment, and go-to-market support.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Delivering performance dashboards and executive insights on attach rates, campaign velocity, time-to-readiness, and partner contribution.
- Managing cadence and rhythm across weekly sprints, monthly field engagement, and quarterly GTM planning cycles.
What It Takes To Succeed
- 15+ years of experience in product marketing, enablement, or go-to-market leadership roles in enterprise software or consulting.
- Strong track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and bringing new offers to market.
- Deep understanding of Professional Services GTM motions and partner/channel ecosystems (SAP experience strongly preferred).
- Proven ability to translate complex technical offerings into clear, value-based messaging.
- Strong communicator and cross-functional leader with excellent storytelling and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in sales enablement platforms, Salesforce, and content management systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related discipline (MBA preferred).
