We are committed to improving the opportunity for those with physical, learning and sensory disabilities to participate in basketball. We are looking for someone to make this happen. Someone to develop programmes, support clubs and work with communities to increase opportunities for people with physical, learning and sensory disabilities to get involved in the game at every level.
In this role, you’ll drive inclusive participation across Scotland, working with local clubs, schools and communities to break down barriers and create more opportunities. You’ll also play a key role in supporting and growing the wheelchair basketball pathway - from local activity through to national competition and performance programmes.
Just as importantly, you’ll be a listener and a champion - engaging directly with disabled people, families and organisations to understand lived experiences and ensure their voices shape what we do. If you believe in the power of sport to connect and uplift, and you’re ready to lead meaningful change, we’d love to hear from you.
