What is the Discovery Programme?

This is no ordinary graduate scheme. It is a launchpad for future leaders. Over three years, you will rotate through key areas of our business — including Operations, Commercial, and Corporate Functions— gaining hands-on experience, strategic insight, and leadership skills that will set you apart and give you a broad platform to begin your career at Royal Mail.

You will:

• Deliver high-impact projects that shape our future
• Collaborate with senior leaders and decision-makers
• Travel across the UK and work from our London HQ

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for curious, driven individuals who are ready to lead and eager to learn. You will need:

• A 2:1 degree in any subject plus 3 A Levels at Grade B or above (or equivalent)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset
• Resilience, adaptability, and a passion for making a difference
• A strong academic track record
• Initiative to achieve great results
• Have taken a leadership role or achieved great things beyond your studies
