Don & Low are seeking an experienced Administrator to join their logistics department on-site in Forfar. To be successful in this role, you will have experience in a similar role and possess strong planning and organisation skills, strong attention to detail and proven experience maintaining excellent customer/supplier relationships.
Overview
As a Dispatch Administrator within the Nonwovens division, you will be responsible for ensuring accuracy throughout the delivery process. In order to achieve this, you will analyse and report on dispatch processes, process transport invoices against sales invoices, maintain accurate records of goods dispatched and support the wider team with various purchasing and logistics duties.
With opportunities for further development, you may be required to assist in negotiations and the set-up of transport contracts.
The ideal candidate:
· Extensive knowledge of export processes
· Experience in an administrative role, ideally within a manufacturing environment
· High degree of computer literacy
