The role
This hands-on role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, organized environment and enjoys being part of a collaborative team. Youโll play a vital role in making sure every item is processed swiftly and accurately, contributing directly to our goal of delivering an outstanding customer experience. As a key member of our Operations team, you'll be responsible for picking, packing, and dispatching orders with care and precision. If you have an eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a proactive mindset, weโd love to hear from you.
What you will be doing
- Stock Handling and Organisation: Accurately put away all incoming items using the tools provided, ensuring everything is correctly labelled and stored for easy retrieval
- Order Picking: Efficiently pick the correct items for each transaction, verify their accuracy, and escalate any issues that prevent timely fulfilment
- Packing and Shipping Preparation: Carefully prepare items for shipment by scanning, photographing, and securely packing them.
- Workspace and Supply Maintenance: Keep the dispatch area tidy and well-stocked with packaging supplies to support a smooth workflow throughout the day
- End-of-Day Wrap-Up: Ensure all equipment is properly powered down and returned to its place, supporting operational readiness for the next day
