The Role:

MWL is seeking a full-time Dispatch Coordinator to join our Logistics team based in London, UK.

This role is ideal for a highly organised, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in precision, care, and teamwork. You will play a pivotal role in the final stage of each bride’s journey, ensuring every gown leaves our warehouse packed beautifully, accurately, and on time.

Working on-site, you will collaborate closely with the wider MWL team, supporting daily logistics operations while contributing to a smooth, efficient, and detail-driven dispatch process.

Role Responsibilities:

Carefully pack and dispatch wedding dresses, ensuring each piece is prepared with care, precision, and attention to detail
Ensure all shipments are packed securely so dresses arrive in pristine condition

Update backend systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date logistics and stock records

Create and manage labels, documentation, and shipment paperwork

Support stock management and general warehouse organisation

Carry out administrative tasks including reporting, database entry, and printing

Provide additional operational support as directed by the Operations Manager

Skills & Experience:

Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining organisation and efficiency
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Collaborative team player who enjoys supporting others and contributing to shared goals
An appreciation for fashion and bridal, with an understanding of the importance of a wedding dress in a bride’s journey
