Are you driven to continuously develop and lead a team to meet business requirements and objectives?

As a Dispensary Operations Lead you will work within the clinical fulfilment team who are responsible for dispensing and checking all medication before it goes out to our patients.

This is a full-time position working 40hrs per week between 8am - 6pm, Monday to Friday. Being part of a large team, this opportunity will give you a change to lead, coach and motivate a team to create a high performing, compliant and efficient operation.

Within this role you will be required to work across dispensary operations covering the order fulfilment & pick operation, identifying opportunities to drive engagement with the team and identify areas for continuous improvement.

What is required?

In addition to being an experienced leader, success in this position will require you to navigate and encourage others through periods of change and have a proven track record of delivering outstanding results whilst adhering to established processes.

A dispensary background or knowledge within this area would be a distinct advantage.
