My client is a well-known known global brand. They are seeking a strategic and data-driven DE&I leader to shape meaningful change across the organisation.
Key responsibilities:
- Advise senior leaders on DE&I strategy and influence decision-making at the highest level
- Design and implement actionable DE&I strategies aligned with business goals and legal frameworks
- Lead inclusive policy development, workplace initiatives, and impactful training
- Use data insights to shape priorities and measure progress on representation, equity, and belonging
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to amplify DE&I impact
- Drive external engagement through community partnerships, forums, and recognition platforms
- Ensure compliance with all relevant DE&I-related legislation and reporting standards
Role Profile:
- A visionary leader who can turn insight into action - someone that has led the D&I agenda for a business before.
- Proven history in a large / matrixed organisation.
- Able to work in a standalone capacity from a D&I perspective.
- Deep understanding of DE&I frameworks, challenges, and opportunities
- Experience engaging senior stakeholders and navigating complex organisations
- Proven ability to influence culture and operationalise inclusion in a commercial setting
- Comfortable working with data and translating it into meaningful strategies
