Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Consultant to lead and support a divestment carve-out project. The consultant will be responsible for defining the operational, and strategic frameworks for the Divestment Company (Divest Co) and the Remaining Company (Remain Co). The role requires deep expertise in divestitures, business separation, and change management, with a proven track record in executing similar carve-out projects.
This is expected to be a 6-9 month assignment with European Travel required as part of a share deal to be confirmed imminently.

Qualifications:
Proven Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in divestitures, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), or business carve-outs, with a focus on defining and implementing Divest Co and Remain Co structures.
