The DSM is responsible for the implementation of the Care UK sales strategy across a nominated portfolio across North England & Scotland. The DSM plays a crucial role in driving annual revenue growth by ensuring operational colleagues are trained, coached and supported to independently generate, manage and convert sales enquiries and achieve their revenue targets.
The DSM is responsible for ensuring the sales function operates to consistently high quality standards, holding both Customer Relations Managers (CRMs) and Home / General Managers (HMs) accountable for following agreed process and delivering against both revenue budgets and brand standards. The DSM will develop and deliver quarterly sales strategies to ensure an appropriate level of focus on new openings and revenue-challenged homes.
