About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Doctor Assistant to join our surgery operations team. The successful candidate will provide essential support to our ophthalmologists, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with Patients prior to and after surgery.
• Prepare and maintain patient records accurately.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow.
• Handle administrative tasks such as billing and correspondence.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and confidentiality standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Compassionate and patient-focused attitude.
