I am looking to speak to any experienced Higher Education professional services leaders with strong expertise in postgraduate research (PGR) administration, governance, and people management.
๐น Full Time; Up to 3yrs FTC
๐น Salary: Up to ยฃ58,000 per annum
๐น Hybrid Working
The post-holder will play a key role in the delivery and enhancement of the Universityโs PGR provision. Acting as a senior adviser and operational lead, the postholder will oversee the full PGR student lifecycle, manage research degree finance and compliance, support institutional governance, and deputise for the Director of Academic Services when required.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior academics, committees, and external partners.
๐๐๐๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฎ๐น๐:
๐ธ Proven experience working in HE (ideally supporting research degrees)
๐ธ Strong knowledge of PGR regulations, policies, QA & governance
๐ธ Demonstrable people management and leadership experience
๐ธ Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage complex, deadline-driven workloads
๐ธ Experience working with data, systems, reporting and regulatory returns
