Document Controller

You will collaborate with a community of mechanical and electrical engineers, specialist designers and consultants, who are engaged in high profile data centre design projects across UK and Europe.

This is an operational role which will provide you with a very varied day, some of the complex projects that we deliver can have in excess of 1000 documents which you and your colleagues will manage and maintain to high quality standards.

You will need to be well organised to effectively manage the complex project documentation, liaising between many internal and external collaborators throughout the supply chain. You will be the final check to ensure ISO19650 quality standards and project deadlines are met.

You will be able to utilise your team leadership capabilities to lead the document controller in London as well as working in partnership with the Senior Document Controller in our Newcastle office. Your enthusiasm to support your colleagues and general positive attitude will be a key building long standing relationships with your future colleagues.

The ideal candidate will already have credible document control experience (ideally with experience of BIM360 / ACC) in a professional environment, this opportunity will provide you the opportunity to continue developing your professional skills and experience.

The office, not far from Liverpool Street station, offers a modern and attractive workplace and is the largest office we have in the UK.
