Are you detail-oriented with a passion for efficient project management?

An industry leading Renewable Energy firm in Central London are looking to appoint a Document Controller, supporting major infrastructure projects with seamless data and document control. This hybrid role offers occasional site visits and the chance to contribute to innovative transitions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the shift to a new Common Data Environment (CDE) like InEight Document, from setup to ongoing improvements.
Manage documentation, data, and records from pre-construction to handover.
Perform quality checks on deliverables and generate reports on workflows, RFIs, and documents.
Train project teams on procedures and drive continuous enhancements.
Administer SharePoint, ensure filing accuracy, and audit project information.
Align with our Quality Management System and identify improvement opportunities.

What They're Looking For:

Proficiency in MS Office 2016 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience with Document Control Systems (InEight desirable—training provided).

Background in architecture, engineering, or construction.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication.

The salary range for this role is between £45,000 - £55,000 + bonus + LTIP depending on experience.
