Document Production Associate
Salary: £26,304 per annum plus 10% shift allowance (£28,934.40 total), plus company benefits
Location: Leeds. LS10 1AB
Contract: Full Time
Shifts: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 3.00pm until 12.00am with 1 hours unpaid lunch break
Work model: Hybrid only after the first 6 months.

Purpose of role
We are seeking a talented Document Production Associate to join our team, based at our Onshore Delivery Centre in Leeds, supporting our client — a key global law firm.
In this role, you will work collaboratively within a team environment, producing, formatting, and quality-checking a wide range of client documents to meet strict client deadlines. You will confidently interpret client instructions, follow established brand guidelines, and proactively seek clarification where required to ensure complete accuracy and alignment with expectations.
Your day-to-day work will primarily involve Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), applying consistent formatting, layout, and styling to create polished, professional documents. You will also support with PDF editing and basic document troubleshooting, ensuring all outputs meet the highest quality standards and comply with client specifications.
This role is ideal for a self-starter with strong organisational skills, an eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering accurate and timely work. You will thrive in a team-focused, fast-paced environment, contributing to the seamless delivery of services to our client.
