Document Production Specialist

The primary objective of this role is to Produce accurate and high-quality documents and correspondence in accordance with the organisation’s house style, templates, and precedents.

What You'll Do:

• Work during the designated hours of 10:30pm to 6:30am, ensuring all responsibilities are carried out effectively during this time.

• Collaborate with the team to meet operational requirements, while maintaining high standards of performance throughout your shift.

• Take advantage of the flexibility we offer by discussing and agreeing on alternative working hours if needed to suit your circumstances.

• Contribute to a positive and productive working environment, regardless of the specific hours you work.

• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to produce accurate and high-quality documents and correspondence in line with house style, templates, and precedents.

• Excellent organisational skills, ensuring work is completed efficiently and within agreed deadlines.

• Proficiency in using document production tools and software, with the capability to format and edit a wide range of materials effectively.

• A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to support the team and respond to varying workload demands.

• Strong communication skills, ensuring clarity and consistency in all written outputs while contributing to the professional image of the organisation.
