As a Druck Service technician Apprentice, you will be responsible for:
- Performing calibrations to UKAS standard on various Druck product: Pressure, Temperature, Humidity, Electrical
- Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults
- Repairing electrical and mechanical faults
- Shadowing experienced technicians
- Spending time in production areas gaining experience on building new product
- Providing updates on progress to leaders and/or customer care organisation
- Taking part in lean A3 activity to improve services efficiency
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have completed a GCSE Grade C/4 or equivalent including English, Maths and Science
- Be meticulous and demonstrate attention to detail, ensuring precision and accuracy in all tasks,
- Show the ability to resolve issues efficiently, ensuring positive outcomes and high satisfaction in client interactions.
- Possess customer care skills
- Be curious and eager to learn
- Be enthusiastic and self-motivating
