The Due Diligence Coordinator will support the Global Security team at the client, a major technology company. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities involved in running the client's Due Diligence Programme, including project tracking, data crunching and liaising with internal customers on requests and outcomes. They will have an interest in emerging technologies. Experience in risk advisory or another client-facing role would be a plus.
Specific duties include the following:
- Perform an extensive array of administrative tasks, including data entry, in a timely manner, while maintaining careful attention to detail;
- Partner closely with due diligence suppliers and manage related workflows;
- Track the lifecycle of all due diligence requests;
- Prepare insightful analysis of Due Diligence Programme data;
- Conduct basic open-source research on companies and individuals;
- Liaise with internal teams on their due diligence requests.
Requirements
- Strong documentation and data input skills;
- A high level of accuracy, diligence and integrity;
- Ability to communicate with a range of people, handle time pressure and be a strong team player;
- Professional fluency in English, other languages a plus;
- Familiarity with using enterprise software and productivity tools
- An undergraduate degree or higher, ideally in a relevant subject or research area.
