Don’t worry if you’re not an expert in these areas – we provide full training and you’ll learn on the job.

We’re looking for native or fluent Dutch speakers to join our London team as Entry Level Recruitment Consultants, helping clients find specialist engineering talent.

What You’ll Do:

Build and maintain relationships with clients in the DACH engineering market.
Source and headhunt skilled candidates for niche technical roles.
Manage the full recruitment cycle from first call to placement.
Thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

What We’re Looking For:

Native or fluent Dutch (essential) + strong English.
Driven, ambitious, and resilient personality.
Interest in sales, business development, and relationship building.
