The Royal Garden Hotel is seeking a Duty Manager to ensure guests have an incredible experience by supporting operational departments in delivering excellent service
Key responsibilities include providing visible management presence, handling guest complaints, understanding fire panel operations, reporting maintenance needs, dealing with disorderly guests, and supporting safety processes
The role offers a salary range of £500-£1300 as a referral bonus and various benefits, including complimentary meals, enhanced annual leave (up to 33 days after 5 years), a complimentary guest stay, and career development opportunities
Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
