Salary £35k-£37k (OTE)
(Salary £32k+ as basic, depending on experience, plus £3k TRONC annually)

What You’ll Do
As a Duty Manager, you'll play a key role in both our Bar and Restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service and unforgettable guest experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing day-to-day operations in the Bar & Restaurant
- Driving guest satisfaction and team performance
- Leading and developing team members, including Team Coaches and Head Bartenders/Servers
- Managing rotas, stock control, ordering, and sales performance
- Delivering training and appraisals to nurture future leaders
- Supporting other departments with an open mind to further your career progression
- Proven leadership in a high-volume hospitality setting
- Strong operational knowledge of bar and restaurant service
- A hands-on, inspiring leader who builds strong teams
- Passion for hospitality, training, and guest experience
