Dynamics 365 Developer

FDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking a Dynamics 365 Developer x 2 to work for our client within the public sector. This is initially a 6-month contract with the potential to extend and will be a remote role with the occasional travel to the client’s office in Solihull.

The focus of this role will be on Dynamics Omnichannel with Co-Pilot studio (IVR and also chat bot) to support with a project the client has inflight. The role holder will be required to develop chatbots as well as a contact centre based on Dynamics with Co-Pilot IVRs. The ideal candidate will have knowledge in Azure Communication Service (ACS) and Event Grid. Playing a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions that enhance our business processes. Your expertise will be pivotal in ensuring the successful deployment and maintenance of Dynamics 365 applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of custom solutions within Dynamics 365, ensuring they meet business needs and align with best practices
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation
• Customise and configure Dynamics 365 applications to meet specific business requirements
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and other team members
• Troubleshooting and Support: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, providing ongoing support and maintenance for Dynamics 365 applications
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all development and integration activities
• Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions
• Contribute to the growth of the Serco Complex Case Management team capability

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 development and customisation
• Proficiency in Dynamics 365 (CRM, Customer Services, Sales and Marketing)
• Experience with Omnichannel for customer service is essential
• Strong knowledge of C# .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL
• Proven experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages), including Power Platform
• Application Lifecycle Management
• Proven experience of the Dynamics and PowerPlatform
• Familiarity with Azure Services
• Working with and within DevOps practices
• Understanding and managing enterprise size Dataverse instances
• Expert in tools and usage of XRM Toolbox
• Experience with configuring and maintaining Microsoft Field Service & IoT
