D365 Developer

Location: Central London (Hybrid)

Salary: Up to £55,000

Nigel Frank is working with a well-established accountancy and professional services firm based in Central London that is looking to hire a D365 Developer to join their growing Data & Insights team.

This is a hands-on development role offering the chance to work closely with senior technical stakeholders, deliver Power Platform solutions, and contribute to the ongoing evolution of the organisation’s Dynamics 365 platform.

The Role

As a D365 Developer, you will be responsible for developing, customising, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. You will work across system enhancements, integrations, and automation while following best practices for development and application lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, configure, and customise Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions
Build and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate flows
Develop and support custom plugins and workflows using C# and .NET

Implement JavaScript customisations and client-side UI enhancements

Assist with data migration and system integration activities

Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems via APIs and middleware

Optimise performance and ensure security and compliance standards

Provide first-line technical support and troubleshooting

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

Participate in solution design, testing, and deployment

Maintain version control and follow ALM best practices (e.g. Azure DevOps)

Liaise with third-party support providers

Document solutions and contribute to internal knowledge sharing

Required Skills & Experience

Commercial experience as a Dynamics 365 / D365 Developer
Strong understanding of Dataverse, Dynamics 365, and the Power Platform
Experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, and REST APIs
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Good written and verbal communication skills

Strong time-management and organisational skills

Willingness to learn, develop, and adapt in a changing environment

Desirable

PL-900 certification or willingness to work towards it
Experience with Azure services such as Logic Apps or Azure Functions
Exposure to BI or reporting tools
