12 month maternity cover contract
In this role, you will be responsible for accelerating Puig’s UK e-tail performance across key partners, strengthening every step of the online funnel – from visibility and product storytelling through to conversion and repeat purchase. You will co-create and execute impactful, commercial plans, delivering launches, campaigns, and promotional activity that drive dotcom sales and margin across Puig’s prestige, niche and skincare & wellness brand portfolio.
You will work cross-functionally with Key Account Managers (KAMs), Marketing, Media, CRM and global brand teams to ensure consistent brand excellence online, while making agile, data-led decisions to optimise performance and improve the end-to-end customer experience.

We'd love to meet you if you have
- Strong experience in e-tail, e-retail, digital trading, ideally within Prestige and Niche environments
- Proven ability to manage performance against commercial KPIs (e.g. sales, conversion, margin, onsite engagement)
- Hands-on experience briefing and delivering onsite changes (content, navigation, landing pages) and campaign rollouts
- Experience working closely with KAMs and retail partners to deliver commercial objectives
- Line manager experience
- Analytical and data-driven, able to prioritise actions and make agile decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work cross-functionally, and excellent communication/presentation skills
